Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp baking
Wet ingredients:
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 egg
Instructions:
Start by mixing all the dry ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
While you’re combining the dry ingredients, melt the butter so it’s ready to use.
Once the dry ingredients are well mixed, add in the melted butter and the egg. Stir everything together until you get a smooth dough. Make sure either your butter is cooled down or you put the eggs in last, so you don’t get cuddled eggs! :)
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone cookie mat if you have one.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. You can also roll them in some extra cinnamon sugar if you like for extra pizzazz!
Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden. Let them cool for a bit before enjoying!
