Almond Flour Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

One pound of chicken breasts

1 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp almond flour

1/2 Tsp onion powder

1/2 Tsp smoked paprika

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 Tsp salt

1/2 Tsp pepper

(Uncooked chicken coated in seasoned almond flour)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

Cut your clean, dry chicken breast into bite sized pieces.

In a plate, combine almond flour, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Coat each piece of chicken with the seasoned almond flour & place on greased tray.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes; turn each piece to brown evenly and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

I enjoyed my chicken nuggets with a fresh, crisp salad (with romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers & radishes) and aromatic saffron rice!
