Feta Platter
This feta platter is the perfect combination of fresh, flavorful, and full of nutrients! I start with a generous serving of creamy feta, then add crunchy cucumber slices, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a handful of fresh basil and mint leaves for that extra flavor. I also add in some Kalamata and garlic-stuffed olives, and finish it off with roasted walnuts for a little crunch. It’s simple, delicious, and very satisfying!
